Cakes By Design offers a completely bespoke service designing stunning and unique wedding cakes to reflect the style of your day. We offer a very personnel service encouraging you to be involved in the creation of the design.

Whilst some of the designs available are shown in the Gallery, this is just a condensed view of what can be created in Royal Icing, Sugarpaste or Chocolate. As most of our wedding cakes are individually designed all our cakes are unique. We have produced many more intricate, contemporary and mouth-watering designs and are more than happy to discuss your own ideas with you.

Your cake is the crowning glory of your wedding feast. Aside from you and the groom it is the focal point of the wedding. We believe that your wedding cake should reflect the style of the wedding and be personal to the bride and groom, as it is a symbol of their unity it should also reflect the personality of the couple. ‘Your Imagination is the only limitation’

Not only should it look fabulous it should also taste beautiful. The wedding cake should not simply be a dessert to be consumed quickly and forgotten, it should leave an impression both visually as well as on the taste buds.

One of our many specialities is sugar flowers, all the flowers on the cakes in the Gallery are handmade from sugar.
