Jubilee cake

Terri Simmons was invited with Eddie Spence MBE to join the McVitie's Cake Company team to help produce a cake for the Diamond Jubilee of her Majesty the Queen. The cake, which was gifted to Her Majesty and used in the Jubilee celebrations, had five distinct layers and involved a wide range of different icing and decoration techniques. Terri supported the project by producing and colouring various panels required for the decoration of the cake.
